Founded by Alfred Lenoci, Sr., United Properties is now led by the Lenoci & Schinella family. Collectively, the leadership team brings over 45 years of hands-on experience in all facets of real estate development, from strategic site selection and entitlements to design, construction, leasing, and long-term property management.
